Astra is a calendar service for sharing dates rather than scheduling meetings. You build calendars (birthdays, holidays, season schedules), publish them as iCal feeds, and let anyone subscribe in their favorite calendar app.
Does Astra support the Chinese lunar calendar?
Yes — natively. Mark any event as lunar and Astra recurs it on the correct lunar month and day each year. Traditional birthdays, Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn and other moon-based dates roll over correctly. Lunar dates also render in event labels in Simplified Chinese and Japanese.
How do I subscribe to a calendar?
Open the calendar's public page and tap Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or copy the iCal URL. Subscriptions push updates automatically — no re-importing required.

Where is my data stored?
Astra runs on Cloudflare's edge with D1 storage. Private calendars stay private; only calendars you explicitly publish are visible at /c/<slug>.
